The outside curve of the tulip shape can be distinguished as the common feature. Though this curve comes in various executions, it becomes the very notion of the jenever glass. Using the generic outside curve of a genever glass in a modular mould setup, it is possible to manufacture various different glasses:

starting with a high resolution (many curves), that is close to the known shape of a tulip glass, proceeding to a lower resolution (less curves) and consequently more freely constituted surface.
